At Villa Xanadu our motto is rest and relaxation.  In order to provide such an atmosphere, we reserve our villa to one family group, couple or individual at any time.

Our rates are one 120 U.S. per/room per night.

The entire villa can be reserved for 300 U.S. per night, in the case of large groups.
